I appreciated the central location. It made exploring so easy. the staff were helpful and friendly, always ready with directions or advice. the bar seemed to be open all the time.. a definite plus after long days.
the breakfast selection could use a little expansion, but it was still adequate.

the biggest PROBLEM was housekeeping. i came back after a long day, and the room wasn't cleaned, and there weren't new towels. someone at the front desk told me you had to ask for housekeeping. nobody said anything beforehand. the breakfast selection wasn't that great TOO.

the location was great. it was a few minutes walk to a large shopping center and a u-bahn station. the bar area was sizeable.
the biggest disappointment was the lack of housekeeping. after a long day, i returned to the hotel to find my room uncleaned and without fresh towels. i was told that housekeeping was only available upon request.

The room offered functional illumination. I appreciated the convenient parking directly within the building. The shopping center is close. A ten-minute walk makes it easily accessible. The hotel design is very nice.
The housekeeping service needs improvement. I found the room uncleaned upon return. The selection at breakfast felt limited and small.
